Please email us at support@brioaudio.com and we would be happy to help you change your order. If your order has already shipped (aka you received a tracking number email) then we cannot make adjustment to that shipment, but would be happy to either generate a partial order return label, or send a second shipment. This way we can quickly get you exactly what you are looking for!
When your order is placed on brioprotection.com you will automatically receive a order confirmation email (Email #1). Your order will ship out the following morning (Eastern Standard Time). When your order ships a second automated email will be sent with your tracking number (Email #2). There will be a tracking number hyperlink within this second email which you can click to follow your shipments progress right to your door! If there are any exceptions or delays in the delivery process, then please reach us at support@brioprotection.com and we will quickly sort it out.
First, please check your email's spam folder. Most of the time if you have successfully placed an order at brioprotection.com and did not receive an automated email confirmation then it is in your spam folder. Second, if you cannot find the confirmation meail there, then reach out to us by email at support@brioprotection.com and we will quickly investigate if the order was processed successfully and get back to you ASAP. Third, if your order was place at a third-party website then it may take us a little longer to investigate as we will need to reach out to their team to discuss the issue. In any case we thank you for your patience as we resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event that your order is cancelled, it was likely due to an unforeseen shortage in inventory. Rest assured that we have hundreds of thousand of masks in our warehouse ready to ship to you, but if this situation does arise then your order will be automatically refunded and we will offer you a special discount code for when the item you ordered is restocked. This way you save money due to the delay!
